  • K-12 garden-based science & sustainability education programming, particularly for elementary and Lane Middle School students.
  • Professional development opportunities for PK-12 educators.
  • Internship and leadership opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as local community members and partner organizations.
  • Community engaged learning capstone courses with 100+ PSU students a year.
  • Weekly produce donations to PSU and Lane Food Pantries, Urban Gleaners, and other mutual aid organizations.
  • Hands-on gardening and sustainable living skills with local neighbors in the Family Gardens.
  • Harvest Share produce grown with love at LGL, available for purchase through weekly produce boxes and our Community Farm Stand.
  • Annual community celebrations & events: Winter Wreath Making Workshop and Earth Day Celebration.
